A week after Iran’s deputy health minister Iraj Harirchi tested positive, the head of Iran’s emergency medical services Pir-Hossein Kolivand has also been confirmed for Covid-19. As of Tuesday Iranian health officials confirmed 2,336 coronavirus cases and 77 dead, including 23 parliament members (roughly 10% of Iran’s legislature).
